For over 50 years, Jamil Packaging has been a proud family-owned and operated business, built on the foundation laid by Ira Anes in 1973. The name "Jamil" holds a special meaning, with each letter representing the initials of Ira's family members – a lasting tribute to the company's roots.

In 1975, Dave Diroll joined the team, working his way up from sales to General Manager. In 1994, Dave and Mary Ellen Diroll took the reins, continuing the family legacy with their own dedication and passion. Today, the Diroll family tradition continues with David, Amy, and Mark Diroll leading creative and business operations.

We consider ourselves a hometown business with a national reach. Our growth over the past five decades is a testament to the hard work of our owners, managers, and employees, all dedicated to exceeding customer expectations with innovative packaging solutions. The Dirolls have successfully grown Jamil Packaging, employing over 120 people across two locations in Mishawaka, IN, and Gallatin, TN.
