Who We Are
For over 50 years, Jamil Packaging has been a proud family-owned and operated business, built on the foundation laid by Ira Anes in 1973. The name "Jamil" holds a special meaning, with each letter representing the initials of Ira's family members – a lasting tribute to the company's roots.
In 1975, Dave Diroll joined the team, working his way up from sales to General Manager. In 1994, Dave and Mary Ellen Diroll took the reins, continuing the family legacy with their own dedication and passion. Today, the Diroll family tradition continues with David, Amy, and Mark Diroll leading creative and business operations.
We consider ourselves a hometown business with a national reach. Our growth over the past five decades is a testament to the hard work of our owners, managers, and employees, all dedicated to exceeding customer expectations with innovative packaging solutions. The Dirolls have successfully grown Jamil Packaging, employing over 120 people across two locations in Mishawaka, IN, and Gallatin, TN.

Our expansive facilities allow us to efficiently handle complex projects, delivering exceptional packaging solutions across the country.
Our commitment extends beyond just creating exceptional packaging. We prioritize sustainability by using SFI-certified materials and implementing responsible waste management practices. We recycle our own corrugated paper waste and sell baled scrap for re-pulping, demonstrating our dedication to responsible business practices and a healthy environment.
Our Locations
Our headquarters are located in Mishawaka, Indiana, within easy reach of the northern Great Lakes region, including the major markets of Chicago, Detroit, and Indianapolis.
Our state-of-the-art 175,000-square-foot facility in Mishawaka is equipped with modern machinery, cutting-edge manufacturing technology, and advanced CAD systems. This allows us to optimize production efficiency and ensure the highest quality standards for your packaging projects.
Our second plant, located just outside of Nashville in Gallatin, Tennessee, extends our reach throughout the eastern south-central region. Equipped with a variety of converting and fulfillment capabilities, this facility allows us to serve Central Tennessee and the greater Southeast efficiently.
